We are a small editorial team and we do not take phone calls; everything is in writing so that a correction has a record.

The page, the figure as it stands, the figure as it should be, and where that can be read. With those four things a correction takes minutes; without the last one it takes a re-measurement and waits its turn.

Figures on this site are dated. If the date on the page is older than the change you are reporting, say so - that tells us the figure was right when measured and needs re-reading rather than correcting.

We are not a broker and we hold no client money. We cannot open, close or recover an account, move a withdrawal along, or intervene in a dispute with a broker. For that, the regulator named on the broker's page is the address, and the guide to checking a licence lists it for Việt Nam.

We also cannot tell you which broker to use. The tables show what each one costs, who onboards you and what is published about payouts; the choice is yours and depends on things we cannot see.
